Patrick Ewing, Hakeem “The Dream” Olajuwon, Dick Vitale, & Pat Riley Inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame

For those who don’t know, Patrick Ewing moved to Cambridge, MA from Kingston, Jamaica when he was 13 and learned the game of basketball here in the Bean. He attended Cambridge Rindge & Latin School and then headed to Georgetown. Growing up a Bulls/Michael Jordan Fan in the 90’s, I hated the Knicks, but I gotta give it up for Patrick Ewing. He worked hard, played hard, and was a versatile big man…. a dying breed in today’s game.

Why is he wearing shorts? LOL.
